This
is a unique winemaking concept. The clusters are harvested by hand at the
right stage of ripeness and then fermented is stainless still vessels at 15
deg. cel. The wine thus created is light, dry, and has herbaceous grassy
characteristic. It performs its role as light refreshment too well. It
compliments with seafood and a wide variety of gently spicy Indian dishes
including chicken, pasta, and continental dishes.
