Winery BLANC :
Sankalp Winery was established with can-do spirit, pledging ( SANKALP ) to provide the demanding client with Prime Quality wines. So the winery has arranged all the facilities needed to produce classic wines. The fermentation tanks are fabricated from the best quality of stainless steel. The Grape Press, Destemmer-crusher, Must pump, Corker and other processing machinery has been imported from Italy . A fully furnished laboratory, with modern equipment, is on the winery premises. All this helps in efficiently monitoring the quality of the grapes juice to produce quality wines. Mr. Kerry Dam's key, a renowned winemaker from California , has been the technical consultant of the winery right from the beginning. Mr. M.P. Sharma the winemaker has been instrumental in translating Kerry's protocol into exciting products i.e. Vinsura Wines. Wine making has innovative ideas to produce delicious and memorable wines.
Presently the winery produces about 28,000 cases of wine annually. Investments are currently being implemented to increase the production to 110,000 cases annually by the year 2005.
